Parish Administrator - St. Patrick-St. Anthony Parish, Grand Haven

St. Patrick-St. Anthony Parish in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a Parish Administrator who will assist the Pastor, the staff and parishioners in implementing the mission, vision and values of the parish. This full time position serves 1,700+ parish families. Under the general supervision of the Pastor, the Parish Administrator provides leadership to the staff and parishioners. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to draw laity into service in the Church and oversee their work, provide administrative support to parish councils and committees, exercise leadership in the creation and implementation of policies, coordinate the work of the staff, and coordinate the parish business affairs and facility maintenance in an efficient and organized manner.  

Job Qualifications

Must be an active member of a Roman Catholic Church and serve as a witness to the Catholic faith. A B.A. degree, preferably in the fields of leadership, pastoral ministry or business. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in public relations/human resources with an understanding of the nature of a non-profit, religious culture.
