once a month to pray specifically for an increase in religious
vocations.

each day. Pray that the young men and women of your parish
or school will be open to God's will when discerning their
life's vocation.

to prayerfully consider a vocation to religious life or the
priesthood.
Fast from eating food, drinking
certain beverages or indulging in some type of legitimate
pleasure as a personal sacrifice dedicated to the increase
of vocations to religious life and priesthood.

office of a religious community or diocese by becoming a local
