St. Paul School, Owosso, is seeking
a Principal for its K-8 program.
Established in 1902, St. Paul is a highly
respected school with a long tradition of academic excellence
and a strong Catholic identity. The student body consists
of 155 students, and the principal supervises 11 teachers
and 2 support staff, as well as a Latch Key program. The
school building is in excellent condition and has a computer
lab and a science lab. Parents and alumni are very supportive,
and there is a great deal of pride in the school.
St. Paul offers sports, art, music, technology
and choir. The qualified candidate will be a practicing
Catholic with a Masters Degree, five years teaching experience,
a current teaching certificate, and some administrative
experience. The candidate must possess a strong knowledge
of current curriculum, an ability to model discipline and
respect, a skill for school development and promotion, an
ability to communicate and collaborate with parish staff,
teachers and parents, a zeal for Catholic education, and
