Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist (FSE)

Group of Francisan Sisters of the EucharistAbout:
The Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist continue the call of St. Francis of Assisi to rebuild the Church. Like St. Clare, they are vowed religious women who embody the spirit of St. Francis and seek to enflame humanity with a sense of the sacred found deep within each person.

The Sisters' way of life is centered by the Holy Eucharist and strong community bonding which lay the foundation for their many outreaches.

Locally, the Sisters have lived on a 230-acre farm near Lowell, Michigan since the early 1970s, and have developed extensive relationships in the Grand Rapids area through their programs and outreach. Over the years, the farm has grown into an educational, counseling and retreat center for people of all ages.
The Sisters raise their own beef cattle and maintain a large vegetable garden for food for the Community.
